Business Owner

Robert J. Allan is an AV rated attorney and a barrister and solicitor in Canada, with over 30 years of international and trial law experience representing individuals, domestic and international businesses. He practices in the areas of litigation, international law, corporate and business law, entertainment litigation and corporate transactions and structures.

Mr. Allan also founded the USA China Law Group, an organization that provides legal and strategic business to clients doing business in China or from China in the US. The Group’s attorneys have offices in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shenzen, Nanjing and Shanghai. The Group advises clients on litigation matters, intellectual property issues and foreign direct investment.
