Unbelievable– These guys are great! I called ahead to replace my broken screen on my IPhone 6plus. They had my screen in stock. They were the least expensive and fastest. I dropped my phone off, did a few things, went back and in ½ hour my phone was ready. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Their customer service was beyond expectations.
I would highly recommend them.

Youssef stands behind his service 100%, with customer satisfaction to match. I brought something in for repair a couple weeks ago and other problems developed. Youssef assured me that, in the end, I would be satisfied one way or another. I wasn’t so sure. But sure enough, walked out today completely satisfied. Malden Computers was recently acquired last year by a new owner, I met the previous owners and wasn’t impressed with the service… the new owner is solid!
Since he’s taken on the shop the new store is brighter, well maintained and has a host of new products, I’ve purchased my phone and accessories there, though I have a contract with a current carrier, I find that Malden Computers offers better and more direct service than the stores.
I’ve also been able to find an affordable laptop to use for browsing and is compatible with a dock for my screen and keyboard… eliminating the need for my desktop.
Malden computers is easily accessible from the orange line, but I also typically park in the covered garage if I go in on the weekend or on the street right next to it. There typically is a couple clients in the shop, but the crowd seems very personable as we talk while the shop owner and employee cover their customers’ questions. I know I also get the individual attention my problem requires. When I was trying to use a non Tmobile phone on the Tmob network I got an education on networks, and gained an understanding as to what to look for in my next phone. After that I was able to trade in the I-​phone 4 and get some money back and upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy.
I like that when I do stop in the owner also has a new phone each time, he’s using the latest products personally and can speak to their pros and cons. I love Malden Computers!
