Granite Topz

Granite Topz is indeed tops! The sales rep was knowledgeable, genuinely interested, and exceedingly helpful with the entire process. It is an efficient company; very well priced with a beautiful selection. The process went quickly; selection, viewing the slab, creating the template, and installation took less than 2 weeks. I am thoroughly pleased and would highly recommend Granite Topz to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

This went great. I found Granite Topz on the recommendation of a friend who had used them for his recent kitchen remodel. From the get-​go Bruna (who works in the front office/​show room) was quick to respond to emails and phone call inquires. She was extremely helpful and responsive; if she didn’t know the answer she would often get it for me in a few hours or the next day at the most.
The owner, Jonathan, came out to make the templates on a Wednesday. He worked quickly and was friendly and professional. They were able make an exception for me and do a Saturday install since I was trying to get things finished while I had family in from out-​of-​town to help me with the kitchen work. The counters turned out beautifully. I could not be more happy.
I made the time to go to one of their partner warehouses to pick out the exact slab for my counters and because there was a lot of variation in the stone I had specific ideas of where on my counters I wanted different parts of the stone. Jonathan listened to what I wanted and worked closely with me to make sure the pieces were cut from where I wanted. He even called me during fabrication, before cutting them to check-​in when one idea we had didn’t quite fit. He asked me about corners and edge finishing so I could get what I wanted, but also provided good suggestions and opinions based on his experience, which I am very glad I trusted. Additionally, we did not discuss the inside corners and when the stone arrived I was quickly admiring how beautifully he had selected and cut a radius for them.
Because I liked the stone so much, I decided to keep the scrap pieces from the slab for other uses. None were big enough for a bathroom vanity or anything major but I thought I could make some side-​tables. When they showed up to do the installation, Jonathan had the scrap from my sink cut-​out and had done the extra work to square it off, finish the corners, and polish it. This was not at all necessary and goes to show that they are passionate about what they do and care about their customers.
I would absolutely recommend Granite Topz to all of my friends.
