John and Isaac created CSF to inspire, educate, and assist individuals in improving their physical well being.

CSF is a fitness facility designed for adult group fitness, customized personal/​semi-​personal programs, and strength & conditioning for the athlete.

Our athletes hail from Malden Catholic, Boston College High School, St. John’s Prep, Melrose High School, Bryant U., Sacred Heart, St. Joe’s College, St. Anslem, and Southern NH U.

I absolutely love CSF. I was never one for the gym and could never keep up with a regimen. I needed trainers like Isaac and John to give me direction and the push I needed to become as healthy and strong as I can be. I even enjoy going in before work! That would never have happened in a million years if I didn’t find out about CSF. A 6:30am class would have never entered my mind before. Isaac and John are great motivators and I wouldn’t have maintained my weight or gained any strength without them. I highly recommend their classes!

CSF has literally changed my life. I am a type 1 diabetic, which makes me a complicated client. some days are harder than others all based on where I am with my blood sugars, and designing a meal plan is an even greater challenge for John and Isaac
Since May, I have lost almost 15 pounds. My A1c is the lowest of my life, and I feel great. It’s miserable leaving work knowing you’re going to get your butt kicked, but John and Isaac really do make it fun. I was a person who never liked gyms, and never really could find one I was comfortable at. I was apprehensive about joining CSF too, but it is one of the best investments I have ever made for myself.

I have been a member at Complete Strength and Fitness for almost three years. The trainers/​owners, John and Isaac, are exceptional. These guys work with all ages and all skill levels as well as many former PT patients. I fall into the former PT patient category and have a variety of issues that cause chronic pain. I have never considered myself to be athletic but with the workouts at Complete Strength and Fitness I have become stronger and better able to manage the chronic pain. If you are looking for a challenging workout give Complete Strength and Fitness a try you will not be disappointed.

This is not your ordinary gym. I was sick and tired of redudunt weight lifting at a regular gym. All the bootcamps I have attended, it was just a big group class which was too easy for me. I consider myself to be fit. Once i started training in CSF, it was a game change. I have been with two of the best trainers, John and Issac, for almost 2 years now. They come up with spcefic work out programs which make me to be challenged all the time. The days I feel like being lazy, other team members cheer each other and push each other for the better result. I have been to many different gyms and played numorous sports, I think CSF is the one for me. Whomever is planning to be fit for a new years resolution, try it out. You wont regrat it.

Isaac & John have created a unique fitness club that allows you to feel like it’s a 1 on 1 session while still working with 5 other people in your group. Each hour long session flies by because they keep you moving & motivated. I have been working out with CSF for the past year & have noticed changes in my body that I never thought possible. The positive environment they create is contagious & compels you to work as hard as possible & still have a smile on your face. The most fun you will ever have working out is found at CSF!
