Be3Fit doesn’t just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. We don’t focus on just weights, we know you don’t want to get bulky, so we marry the two into a 60% Cardio 40% Strength split. This allows us to help you lose weight AND tone up. Not only that, the workout structure changes every day from circuit training, to crossfit style training, to tabata, to obstacle training. This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back every day! Also when it comes to boot camp:

Many people start fitness programs and join gyms looking to lose weight and only a few are successful.
This is why you will succeed.
1) You will have a support system in and out of the gym — you will be in a boot camp with other people who share your goals, struggles, and interests
2) You will be motivated with friendly competition — We have timed and scored workouts so you can see how your progress.
3) You will be happy — We won’t yell at you or belittle you. We will only encourage you to do your best
4) Nutrition Accountability — The most important part of fitness is nutrition. We will teach you the principles of eating healthily and offer daily accountability for your diet.

It’s very simple. Typical big box gyms give you a membership and expect you to know how to get in shape on your own. I believe if you’re new to exercise you need a guided, structured plan.
I also don’t believe that people need personal training to be successful. Charging $ 50/hour is too much to charge to get in shape. If I wanted to see you every weekday for personal training that would cost $ 1000/month! I think $ 200/month to see you 5 days a week with nutritional accountability 7 days/week is way more reasonable.
I created the boot camp to give people the best chance at success while offering the best value and hiring the most passionate, dynamic, and engaging trainers around. You’ll notice the difference once you get here.
