A graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, he has practiced in Malden, Ma for twenty two years. Dr Shernan is also a trained and Certified Lumineers Smile Discovery Dentist. His newly renovated office utilizes the most modern technology available for a comfortable & enjoyable dental experience.

History

Dr Stewart D. Shernan has enjoyed a lifelong relationship with the dental profession. He was born in Malden, MA to Dr Sidney Shernan, and Phyllis Shernan, a dental hygienist. Dr Shernan grew up watching his father’s dental practice blossom into a community fixture that has thrived for over fifty five years. He studied at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he developed a keen interest in the new field of Cosmetic Dentistry. After receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine, Dr Shernan continued his passion in Cosmetic Dentistry by receiving additional cosmetic-​specific training and is a «Certified Lumineers Smile Discovery Dentist.» Dr Shernan has remained on the cutting edge of the newest techniques available and has made countless patients happy with a their new smiles. Kimberly A.

Manager

Kim is a life-​long resident of Somerville, Ma where she lives with her husband and two children. She is a graduate of Somerville High School and then attended «Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry Dental Assisting Program» where she graduated as class Salutatorian and won the prestigious «Award for Professionalism» given by her instructors. Her work experience has been in many different specialty practices but finds Cosmetic Dentistry to be her favorite. A member of the Somerville Democratic Committee and a deacon at First Church Somerville, Kim is actively involved in her community. She finds that Malden and it’s people are very similar in nature and work ethic as Somerville and she feels right at home here. A ten year cancer survivor, Kim actively participates in fund raisers and raising awareness for the American Cancer Society and the National Ovarian Cancer Society. Dance, musical theater, and a love for animals keep her busy out of the office.
