James is a true HEALER.
I didn’t really know what cranial-​sacral was when I went to him, but the proof is in the results. Like most of us living in the modern world, I hold a lot of stress and pain in my body, and went to James for relief. I still don’t understand how it works, but after receiving cranial sacral treatment, I had a reduction in the pain and stiffness throughout my body.
James has a quiet strength about him that is healing in itself. I realized weeks later that even the brief conversation we had at the beginning of the session provided long-​lasting benefits, as I thought about the questions and tried some of his suggestions around self-​care in general.

If you want to try something new this is the place to go… James was my massage therapist for cranial sacral for several sessions because i was having a lot of pain and vertigo from my head trauma. I am also a massage therapist so i am very particular who works on me and also want to try new modalities and such. The great thing about this work is that you don’t need to have anything major happen to you… like head trauma, just being open to what will happen during the sessions. The releases and relaxation moments are far deeper than any regular massage swedish, deep tissue sessions… however, those modalities are a very vital role for millions of people… the thing i am saying is that James is correct in everything he says about himself and i encourage you to try out his very unique style that is filled with love and support.
