My family doctor recently noticed a heart murmur and palpitations, and because of family medical history, referred me to Dr. Amish Parikh to get checked out.
I cannot say how impressed I have been by Dr. Parikh and his entire staff. I have been there three times now and each experience has been great. His office is run efficiently and professionally. They tend to see patients very quickly and you are not stuck in the waiting room time warp that so many other doctor’s offices seem to have.
Most importantly Dr. Parikh seems genuinely interested in the well-​being of his patients and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of cardiology. He has a fantastic bedside demeanor and makes you feel at ease. He takes the time to explain procedures in detail as well as options so that you feel well informed and comfortable.
Some of the tests that are performed include: Echocardiograms, Stress Tests, Carotid Ultrasounds, Electrophysiology Studies, and Coronary Angiograms. The full lists of available tests can be seen on their website.
Tip: You can download all of the necessary patient forms on their website prior to your visit so you can be seen even more quickly when you arrive at their office.
