When I received my guitar back, the nut was set properly, but the neck was too straight, the pickup wires inside the guitar had not been moved (as per discussion)
and the guitar buzzed noticeably through the pickup indicating they never even bothered to plug it in.

Brought my old Japanese Jazz Bass to them to properly set up. For less than a tank of gas, I have what feels and plays like a better than new bass. And that’s better than any bass (even American Deluxe Jazz) that you can pluck off the wall at Guitar Center.
