Keller Cleaners & Shoe Repair

I own a lot of dress shirts. I drop off dry cleaning every week. I tried this place out, as it is close to my office. Dropped off 10 shirts got 10 shirts back. Unfortunately not the same 10 shirts. Most were the same but some were not. So I’m never going back. They also charged my credit card twice. I had to call to get one charge removed. I would rather use a less convenient location than to deal with this place. From what I see here on Unilocal,there are not many people with a good experience at this place.

This place is horrible. Went it to have the heels on three pairs of shoes replaced and the older guy quoted me $ 52. It sounded kind of expensive based on the last place I used but I was already there so I went with it. I went back twice and he hadn’t finished. When I finally got them he wanted to charge me $ 73 but the job was so bad that there was no way I was going to pay that. To make matters worse the first time I wore my brown dress shoes the whole heel came off and I had to take it back. He gave me fifty million excuses but took them back to repair them again. So far I have ended up paying $ 62, the shoes look so unprofessionally done, and I STILL don’t have my brown shoes.
I would not recommend using them for shoe repair. I got hijacked for the price and the shoes now don’t look good enough to wear to work anymore. Really disappointing.

Two weeks later and I am still trying to get them to reimburse me for the money I had to spend to get a replacement pair of boots. I have gone by almost every day and had to argue with them and they still refuse. I’m thinking small claims court at this point because I have had others reach out to me saying that I am not the only one this has happened to.

I took 8 men’s business shirts and one ladies jacket to Keller Cleaners and they lost my VERY EXPENSIVE jacket. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The older man who works there actually accused me of taking my clothes out to my car, and coming back in to accuse them of losing my jacket. Basically, he said I stole my own jacket! The lady who works there actually walked out to my car with me, I showed her the jacket was not in my car, she wrote on my receipt «jacket missing. no pick up jacket» I have called every other day for two weeks and went back into the store and they refuse to admit they either lost my jacket or gave it to someone else. «We no make mistakes! You have jacket!» I feel violated, insulted and just plain angry! They have no customer service. Treating your customers with such disrespect is no way to run a business. I am absolutely furious! I am trying to get satisfaction. They even still charged me for the cleaning of the jacket they never returned! DO NOT patronize this business!!!
