History
Established in 2012.
In the authentic Italian tradition, we select our simple, whole ingredients and combine them by hand with heart, using the time-honored method of open flame cooking. We utilize the intense heat of our wood burning ovens to lend unique flavor to our food.
From our hand-made mozzarella to our artisanal pizzas, pastas and salads, we have a passion for quality and pride in our product that we know you’ll appreciate. We only use sustainable, fresh, local ingredients.
Meet the Business Owner
Francesco A.
Business Owner
Born in Palermo, Sicily in 1976. His passion for great Italian food began at a young age watching his father, a pastry chef, cook at home. His love for cooking grew after attending Instituto Alberghiero, an Italian culinary school in Palermo in 1996 and 1998. While there he focused on preparing seafood, fish and risotto specialties.
Francesco came to Florida in 1998. He brought wiht him his passion for authentic Italian cuisine. In his 14 years in Central Florida, he has been a chef serving in the Winter Park, Orlando, Longwood, and the Lake Mary areas.
