Great job with the snow removal at the grande! I was super impressed with how thorough they were with the snow removal and even cleaning the outside parking spots and sidewalks!

I’ve been really amazed up to now using the customer support right here. The prompt return phone calls and ease of setting appointments has been impressive, though we just signed a lease with Blue Sage last week. {friendly and professional, but doesn’t beat around the bush.|Doesn’t beat around the bush, even though johleen is friendly and professional.}

I just received notice that my HOA switched property managers and we will no longer have to deal with Wilkin Management and I could not be happier.
All of my interactions with Wilkin have gone poorly. Last year they switched banks and provided notice after payments were already due of the change. Wilkin’s lack of adequate notification resulted in home owners needing to stop payment on checks and resend them to a new location. Wilkin did not apologize or even acknowledge their mistake.
When snow assessments are due, Wilkin cannot figure out how to put the snow assessment into the correct account. Complete incompetence and when you call and speak with them, they are also very rude.
I called Wilkin’s Oak Ridge NJ office at 4:30 on a Friday and no one was there even though they close at 5:00 p.m. I’ve left messages and not received a return call from the same office. I think they expect that I will chase them down and since I’m not the HOA board they don’t need to provide any customer service.
The bottom line is Wilkin values the relationship they have solely with the HOA board and they will be rude and non apologetic for their incompetence with individual home owners since there is no recourse for their behavior.

People generally take the time out to write a review when something irks them or something impresses them. Not many take the time to write a review for a business that functions as expected. My personal experience has been that I get callbacks and helpful information the same day I call them about. Things get done on the properties and management cost is well balanced with quality of upkeep. This is in regards to Northwoods Townhomes in Norwood.

I really just need to copy all of the other reviews and combine them into my review.
Everything said in those reviews is 100% accurate.
I called concerned that I might have mold. They told me it was not a big deal.
I called looking to reach the landscaper while he was here. I was told they didn’t have the number.

Poorly managed and incompetent management company. People working there are rude and condescending. Hope I never have to deal with them ever.

Incompetent and poorly managed Home Owners Association. They increased HOA fees without informing any residents of the subdivision and made the increase retroactive. They’ll charge you late fee even though they have received their HOA fees PRIOR to due date.
They owed the town’s utility company over $ 10,000 in non-​payment and then increased residents HOA fees to recover the charges. Where’s our $ 280 a month maintenance fee going to? Their pockets?
They need to be audited (and will).
Anyone who has to deal with these scums are royally screwed.

If it were an option, I would give this company no stars. Incompetent, rude, nonresponsive staff. I have been requesting salt for a week now. Also, have been asking them to come huge clean icicles off my roof because I am afraid to walk into my condo. So far no success in getting anyone to come over and do anything about my concerns/​requests. And the staff answering the phone gives me grief that it’s not them who physically do the work. I hope our board will vote to replace them.

The worst property management company ever! Staff is very rude over the phone… like they are doing us a favor even though we pay nearly $ 200 per month on management. Service requests go unheard. Our previous management company at least had onsite presence while these guys are sitting almost half state away. I will be recommending our board to replace them asap.

Wilkin took over our condo mgmt recently and their staff so far is good at giving lip service. Staff is rude on the phone and act like I am bothering them… Unreal.
Bottom line — they suck
