Elite Progression is NOT your traditional «commercial» gym. We do NOT have traditional personal trainers. At EP you will not find weight machines, elliptical machines, or saunas. You will find barbells, kettlebells, and pull-up bars to name a few. Your coach at EP, from the start, will teach you proper form of functional movements. You will be coached through each workout to ensure you increase your fitness level in the 10 general physical principles: Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, accuracy, agility, balance, and coordination. We accomplish this using CrossFit as our training methodology. CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teen classes also !
