History

Established in 2008.

Mastertech started as a one man crew (me, myself and I) and has since grown to 3 office locations with over 20 employees. We have a great group of employees who genuinely care about our clients and want to get them back to a sense of normalcy after an environmental cleanup. We have been voted Best of the Best Mold Remediation Company by South Jersey Magazine. We’ve received the Angie’s List Super Service Award 2 years in a row (2013 & 2014) and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We’ve been featured on HGTV & DIY Networks on the series ‘Rescue my Renovation’ and also consult for the networks. We take pride in doing a very dirty and difficult job correctly — the first time.

Business Owner

I was previously employed by a large home services company who decided to add mold remediation to their services. They tasked me with doing the research, getting certified and figuring out how to do the job. After my training and certification, I advised the company owners what it would take to properly remove mold — but they decided to go against my recommendations and do it the fastest and cheapest way possible. Knowing that if done wrong, it could affect people’s health — I decided to part ways and start my own company — and do the job right.
