Established in 1983.
Kasper & Rigby Veterinary Associates, P.C. was established in 1983 by Texas A&M Veterinary School classmates Dr. Mark Rigby and Dr. John Kasper. The practice had previously been a solo practice owned by Dr. Rigby. Since its inception, the practice has expanded from a small country practice to a modern, well-equipped, and well-staffed veterinary hospital.
