Prince’s Towing LLC

I called this company this morning with a random question — seeking information that could help a stranded relative in a nearby area — although it was out of their service area, they very kindly referred me to a company that could help. The problem was solved with one more phone call and I appreciated their compassion on the phone.

AAA sent these guys out when my Suburban broke down while towing my travel trailer outside of Madras, OR. They arrived at exactly the time I was told — actually two drivers arrived since one was dispatched and the other was driving by and stopped to check on me.
The very friendly and professional driver was masterful with the truck as he put the suburban on the back and then hitched our trailer for the tow into town. He unloaded both delicately and even offered me a ride to the hotel I was staying in while my car was serviced and gave me tips on where to eat and to avoid in town.
AAA didn’t cover the trailer tow, so I had to pay for that out of pocket but the price was fair.
Their equipment is top-​notch and modern as well.
