Terry Wolde, owner, sales manager

Terry is a life-​long native of Madison County. Terry attended Pensacola Christian College and graduated from Athens State University with a BS degree. Prior to working at Wolde Flooring, Terry worked at Solutia in Decatur, AL in carpet fiber construction. Terry is a Navy reservist and recently spent one year of active duty assisting Operation Iraqi Freedom in Kuwait. Terry’s responsibilities include managing job sites and warehouse inventory. Terry and his wife Vicki live in Madison, Alabama and attend church at Community Baptist in Harvest.

Nathan Wolde, owner, sales, installation manager

Nathan has an extensive background in flooring. Nathan’s attention to detail earned him several awards for excellence in quality and design. Nathan’s responsibilities include sales and managing job sites. Nathan and his wife Renee reside in Harvest, AL attend Cornerstone Word of Life Church in Madison.

Leon W.

Manager

Leon graduated with a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and also minored in business management. Leon attended graduate school at the University of Alabama in Huntsville studying computer engineering. Prior to working at Wolde Flooring, Leon was a design engineer at Scientific-​Atlanta. Leon’s responsibilities include outside sales, estimating, and managing commercial projects. Leon is married to Joy and the two live in Madison, Alabama and attend church at The Rock Family Worship Center in Madison
