History

Established in 1966.

Family owned and operated since its founding in Wausau, WI in 1966.

Early years:

​Sons Phil and Tim Warden moved Warden & Sons to Madison in 1971 after Phil completed a BS degree in mathematics at the University of Wisconsin. Two younger brothers, a sister, a brother-​in-​law, and a wife, joined in over the years.

At present:

Owners– Phil and Mary Warden

General Manager– Phil Warden

Estimator and Production Manager– Tom Warden (nephew)

Field Production Manager and Estimator– Tim Walsvick

Associated Independent Contractors– Tim, Thomas, and Joseph Warden (brothers)

Production workers– eleven others
