This Side Up Moving

History

Established in 2005.

This Side Up Moving was founded in 2005 by Colby Robinson. He was a student at the University of Alabama-​Huntsville at the time and decided to start a business that provides a trusted service in an untrustworthy industry. This Side Up started out by designing and printing our own business cards at home and passing them out. We moved using old blankets, dollies and rental trucks. We now own our trucks, high quality moving equipment, and we represent a trusted brand. We have grown our business organically by providing top of the line service in order to gain work through word-​of-​mouth. We value referrals and relationships and that is what we have used to grow our business.

Colby is a Madison, AL native. He attended high school at Bob Jones and college at the University of Alabama-​Huntsville. He still resides in Madison and is active in the community. His goals include growing his business and being able to provide opportunity for others. In his free time he likes spending time with his family and friends.
