We are a litigation firm with thirty years experience in the areas of education law, personal injury from plaintiffs’ and defendants’ sides, construction and business litigation, estates and small business, and contract issues. Our practice areas also include administrative law, and state and local government.

Robert W.

Business Owner

Licensed in 1977, Rob entered private practice in 1983 after serving as a municipal attorney in the Nashville-​Davidson County Department of Law. He has deep litigation experience that has taken him to state courts and in front of juries throughout Middle and East Tennessee. Rob practices before the federal courts in Middle Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati. He has filed a successful defendant’s brief before the United States Supreme Court in an education law case.
