Don’t be fooled! This is not pain free! I know you might be looking for an alternative to the eye brow wax. HOWEVER. The ladies here do a great job. I can count on speed and precision. This is generally where I will go if I know I am in a hurry and those brows are looking mighty scary and hairy. I know I will be there for 5 – 10 minutes and they will get me in and out with great looking brows.

I have been coming for a while now for my brows and have gotten my upper lip done a few time but that hurts like crazy. Much better then waxing. And all the women are very nice. However, recently I have had some inconsistencies with different threaders. Its not like they do a bad job its just not done how I like, even though I explain at the beginning how I want them done. It also depends on the person I get but a few times it has also taken forever and then I look at my brows and I’m like what did you do for all that time? Sometimes I go during my lunch break so that’s the only reason I get slightly annoyed. Others don’t take nearly as long and can be very quick and still look great.
Overall I really like the place and maybe I need to remember who does my brows how I like and get the their schedule. But I definitely take threading over waxing any day.

This was my first time getting my brows threaded and I was a little nervous. Waxing hurts and making my skin turn bright red and irritated. This was so much better. It was quick, painless and I looked great after. It took about two minutes and I was done. The ladies were so sweet. I will definitely be going back.

I highly recommend the Brow Boutique. It’s the first time I’ve ever had my brows done and not had a terrible rash afterwards. The threading technique is so much better for sensitive skin than traditional waxing. In addition, it’s quick and inexpensive to go to the Brow Boutique.

Very nice, clean and professional atmosphere. This is the first threading experience I’ve ever had that didn’t hurt! They were all very friendly, and you’re greeted as soon as you enter. They sanitize their hands prior to starting which seems like common sense but you really don’t see that anywhere! Very happy with this place!

This was the first time I’ve ever had anyone else do my brows. I saw a few of my friends «liked» this place on Facebook and I drive by all the time, so I decided to stop in. It was fast and pretty much painless and my brows look good. I’ll definitely keep going back.

I have been going to Ashu for almost 7 years and I’ve never been disappointed. I moved to Chicago last year and tried finding someone there that could do my eye brows, it was disastrous! No one compared to Ashu, I drive home to get my eye brows done here. They are talented and skilled in what they do. I highly recommend the Brow Boutique for those who get their brows done regularly or first timers! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!

This was my second time there. The first time I went the woman did a fairly good job, but it was a little uneven. Since it was only 12 dollars I decided to go back. The woman made my eyebrows extremely thin and there is now a hole in one eyebrow. She was reluctant to give me my money back and made a scene in front of the other customers. I would not recommend someplace that is this hit or miss

We were in Madison for the weekend and needed to get my eye brows maintained. We passed by the area and found this place. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. The shop is very clean and spacious. I got service immediately after I signed up. Threading is already a somewhat painful to begin with, but my experience here was pretty good. The lady who worked on me was quick with her hands, and she applied just the right amount of pressure using the thread. I’ve had other experiences where my face burns from the pressure of the thread. Overall, this place was pretty good.

This is an excellent clean and professional establishment. The staff are kind, gentle, and provide quality results. I lived in England for 4 years and high quality threading is very common there because of the history of South Asian immigrants. As someone who has thick dark hair, threading became a lifesaver for me as waxing would always break my hair and grow back quickly. This is the best comparable threading place I have found in the USA. Great prices!

I haven’t had a bad experience with them at all! Everytime I go, it’s been spectacular. I make sure to say «keep my eyebrows as thick as possible» and reiterate that I only want them «cleaned up». It never fails! Pretty little place, not too bad cost wise. I’ll be back for sure!

I found this place simply by driving by. I usually get my eyebrows waxed but decided to try threading. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was relatively painless compared to waxing, although it took a little longer to finish.
I was impressed with how fast the service was (I didn’t have an appointment, just walked in with a few others ahead of me) and how cheap it was. Results lasted as long as my previous waxing experiences.

Been to the old location once and the new location twice so far, and as of June 2013 brows are $ 12. The new location is nice — easy to find, more open space with multiple chairs, waiting area with magazines/​tv, and plenty of parking.
On both visits to the new location (noonish and 5ish on a Wednesday and Thursday) there was one threadist. I didn’t catch her name, but I went the first time bc the Brow Boutique was conveniently nearby. She did a great job tidying up my brows and now I’m happy to be a returning customer here.
The longer hours and walk-​in policy seem to work well, at least at the times I went. There were 1 – 2 people before and after me both times, but the wait wasn’t long — you sign in when you arrive and that’s the order you’re called.
Also I’ve been offered anything from toner to baby powder after threading at different places. They use aloe here.

Only been here once since Ashu opened this new business. She now has a few other people also doing threading, though as far as I could see there was only one other person there when I went. The space is really nice, lots of windows, several chairs (probably at least 6), and it looks like a proper salon. There’s a nice waiting area too. The hours are better for those who work, and it’s always walk-​in as opposed to by appointment. I would rather it be by appointment, but there is a sign-​in sheet for when you get there. Since there are more people threading, the wait should be pretty short.
Ashu was not around when I went there for the first time last week, but the new girl (I can’t remember her name) did a decent job with my eyebrows. The prices are the same as they were at Moments Spa.
