Sparkle Auto Body

I was visiting family in Madison when someone backed into my mom’s parked car while she was in a care center. Talk about stressful with me having to leave soon and no one else to take care of this. Sparkle came up on the approved repair list. When I explained my situation, they fit me into their schedule within my limited time frame (others had waits weeks long) and were done a little early. The car looks great with no evidence of the former big bumper dent. They were also very helpful driving me to the car rental center which had a huge line and would not have picked me up in in a reasonable time. At least the repair part of this mess went well.

I utilized Sparkle Auto Body after learning the hard way not to park my car on the street when your neighbor’s kid is learning how to drive. I took my car to Sparkle and another detail shop, Sparkle came in cheaper as far as an estimate. Sparkle was able to work with my neighbor’s insurance and coordinate a rental car, etc. while they were going to fix the damage. They were able to get my car in the following week for repair. They provided a ride for me to and from the car rental place.
When I picked up my car, I noticed that there was some kind of electrical problem that wasn’t the case when I dropped off my car. I called them, they were a little bit on the defense that they didn’t do anything but said to bring it back in. Indeed, the mechanic plugged wires incorrectly when reattaching the door. This was somewhat of an inconvenience to have to go back again and wait for the repair.
The Detail work was great — couldn’t even tell that my car had been hit. Overall I was satisfied with my experience.
