Between the two of us we have over 20 years of experience in our respective areas of talent. In every area of service (eg, resume, job search), we can work with you towards your goal. We believe strongly in community building and in lifting up all members of society. We work with anyone at any stage in life, with any kind of education – we welcome you.

Our vision is to be of service to you in the best way possible. We have set fees, however; we also are sensitive to the needs of those struggling economically. Please discuss any needs with us.

While we have expertise in all aspects of the career/​life development process, we specialize in the MBTI™ assessment, interviewing preparation and resume writing.

History

Established in 2011.

Sage Career and Life Consulting, LLC was build from EB’s former business ebaumer consulting, LLC– founded in 2005. EB expanded reincorporate with her life partner Ben Sousa.

Erica B.

Business Owner

EB, Consultant: Has a MS in Counseling Psychology from UW-​Madison Wisconsin, with 15 years of experience in the helping professions. EB has advanced training in motivational interviewing and solution-​focused counseling techniques and is a Master Practitioner in MBTI® and Type Instruments. In addition, EB is an experienced resume/​cover writer, interviewing trainer and career/​life consultant. EB is a member of the LLC.
