Our Lucy loves her friends at Petz Carlton (both human and canine) and we wouldn’t leave her anywhere else! Although most of her stays are with Mike and Melissa at Petz Main, she has also stayed at the locations in Lanier Lakes and English Village. All are terrific!!!
I never worry when we are away from home knowing that the Petz hosts take care of her just like we do. I love their attention to detail including posting pictures, sending update texts, and sharing special treats and toys with the pups. Make a reservation today! You and your dog will love it!

I’ve put this off for far too long. Melissa & Mike are amazing people that have provided the BEST care for my 11 yr old pup Elroy. I always hated when I had to board him in the past because he is such a personable dog that craves attention even if that’s just a toe hanging over a couch that he can brush up against. Knowing that he was mostly in a small kennel run if he had to be boarded made me cringe and I would only do it if there was just no other alternative. Leaving Elroy at The Petz Carlton has set all my fears at ease. He gets all the care and love a pup could want while he’s there. He’s happy and excited when we get there because it feels like home and happy and excited when we pick him up. He can be fearful of large dogs but the pack here is always in balance and Elroy’s fears are easily managed by Melissa & Mike expertise. Thanks for being my pups home away from home!

I am so happy we found Petz Carlton. We typically left our dog with our vet. She ended up with an injury that we kind of got the run around with so I got really nervous when I knew we were going to be out of town for a while. I search and searched and then I found Petz Carlton. They treat our Basil just like one of their own and Basil is always happy when we pick her up! It puts my mind at ease, just like the pictures on Facebook. Wouldn’t choose anywhere else! Thanks Melissa and Mike!

The greatest place ever. They were so accommodating and our dog came back very happy to the point of not wanting to leave. It is nice to have a place where we don’t have to worry about her. And loved the daily updates and pictures.

The Petz Carlton is the best! I have used both Petz Carlton Main and Lanier Lakes, and they both take such great care of my Jake (and my foster dogs when I have one)! I haven’t used the other two locations, but I know Melissa trains each sitter personally, so I have no doubt that they are just as awesome. I love the updates on Facebook, so I can see my pup (s) while I am away and see how much fun is being had by all the dogs. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about The Petz Carlton!

We love boarding our 3 large dogs with Melissa and Mike at The Petz Carlton for the following reasons:
1. Home atmosphere — the dogs are treated as members of their family
2. Socialization — the hosts are very skilled at creating and keeping a balanced pack so everyone enjoys playing together
3. The hosts — well trained (including Pet First Aid) and definite dog lovers
Last time we dropped them off, they saw Mike and ran to him without a backwards glance — we know they love it there.
