We make quilts of all sizes and designs. do long arm machine quilting of your finished top. repair old quilts. make quilted teddy bears, bags, book covers or whatever it is that you would like in quilted form. Think T-​shirt quilts or memory quilts with pictures which are very popular.

History

Established in 2001.

We made a quilt for our Dad in 2000 and when we finished we didn’t know what to do next about getting it quilted so we started asking around and found a lady to do the task. We decided it shouldn’t be that hard to find someone so we set up our business in a store front in downtown Madison. We wanted a very visible presence so we would be easy to find. In 2004 we moved to our present location and haven’t had the parking issues we had downtown. I am very happy about that as it is in my home and the commute is no big deal. We have a very visible location and plenty of free parking.

I have sewn just about everything in my life that can be done on a sewing machine, but nothing that had given me as much satisfaction as quilting. I made my first quilt in the ‘80s for my godson and haven’t looked back since. I machine quilted that quilt on my little sewing machine and wasn’t that happy with the results. I knew nothing about the long arm machines at that time so I did the best I could. Today I do somewhere around 100 quilts a year either from start to finish or finishing my clients tops that they have made. It is fun to create items that I know people will enjoy for years to come. I do what I love.
