Disgusting! Cold noodles and hair in my food! Took the food back, got my refund, will NEVER return!

It was the worst foods(maybe I should call it garbage) I ever pay for. We ordered 2 entrées with noodles, Shanghai angus steak and pacific chili shrimp. First there must be about 15 broken noodles(the length of the noodles are no longer than 5 inches) the rest was OLD onion, cabbages and celery. There were only 4 pieces of shrimps with old and soft peas. About 7 pieces of steaks with little of mushrooms. It was a drive through order. We made ourselves eat the shrimps and the steaks and throw the rest away. It was wasted of money. Not worth $ 9. Horrible! Won’t go back.

Decent or better than average Chinese food in a relatively clean restaurant. Only complaint is their lack of ability to keep most popular items ready to serve. Orange chicken, one of the best, is almost always out. Either double batch it or have somebody making it more often. Staff forgets orders quickly and requests have to be repeated often but the kids are sweet and friendly. There is sometimes a very cranky boss though which might make the younger employees jumpy and not perform well. Some can manage but others seem paralyzed by the manager’s crabbiness. They’re slow to fill orders whether it’s drive through or dine-in but the food is pretty darn good and that is what matters.

one of my fat boy friends was just raving about this-so i thought-he likes food –must be good-then when i think about it-he likes the peacock-reviewed earlier so-i should have known-but here you do not get piles of bad food-just little paper cups of bad food-in a place with a dirty floor-do not get me wrong some of the best chinese restaurants i have dined in had dirty floors-but they usually had leaky roofs and were about to fall down-this is fresh construction and well lit-all glass actually like mcdonald’s-and lettuce on the floor-they do not even have lettuce wraps-so not really sure where would have come from-was on the floor though-3 peanuts in my humble kung pao chicken cup-its like a chili cup from wendys-but the put chinese food in them-so many things i do not understand

We stopped at Panda Express while passing through Madison. We had eaten at Panda Express before at a different location and stopped here because it was something quick but not fast food. We were very disappointed. When we ordered our food(beef and broccoli with fried rice) was the last bit scraped out of the buffet and although we ordered the same thing our portion sizes were different. We also purchased an egg roll and a spring roll. The sweet tea was ruined and tasted disgusting when we went to get our drinks at the drink machine, so we opted for water and lemonade instead. We sat down to eat and were dissatisfied with the quality of the food. Neither of us finished our meals due to the taste and chewiness of the food and one bite was taken out of each of the rolls. The restaurant was not kept up and food, garbage, and wrappers littered the floor. Not a good experience and will never be back at this location again. I don’t recommended unless they change management and change the way the restaurant is ran.

Food was OK for a fast food type establishment. Food was well presented and seemed fresh. For a quick bite when you don’t want to cook it’s OK. Portions were plentiful and items where always being replaced. Stafff provided luke warm service. One big draw back: No tofu and limited vegi items…

I go here about once a quarter, usually to remind myself why I don’t go here more than once a quarter. Food is decent but the service couldn’t be worse for either location. It has been more than a year since I’ve been able to have my order taken and delivered my food in less than 15 minutes. I believe I can get fresh made food faster than this from much friendlier people.

Decided to finally give this chain a try and it will be my last. At least at this particular location. It was raining so I opted for the drive thru. There were 2 cars in front of me so I expected a quick trip seeing as how it was 1:30 and well after the typical lunch rush. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and an egg roll. After about ten minutes I started to get irritated that not only had I been waiting so long to get my food but that the two cars in front of me hadn’t moved! 26 minutes later I pulled up to the window. The kid at the window very quietly asked for my money. I paused waiting for an apology or explanation… We just stared at each other… Nothing. Okay, fine. I paid and left. The food was about what I could have expected. Cold, and absolutely not worth burning an entire lunch break. Perhaps they should call it «Panda Don’t Bother»? Do not recommend!

I used to love eating at this particular location… until managers changed. The manager now flat-out sucks. He has no good customer service – doesn’t greet his customers, isn’t friendly to the customers, is rude to his staff. He constantly swoops down and takes other staffs’ customers’ food(that has been put to the side to wait for other portions). Twice my family has had to go back to get food that was missing… after we had been kept waiting for quite a long time. Kick this manager to the curb, and I guarantee the reviews of this place will go up. The only reason I even gave any stars is for the staff there… the manager sucks away all the good that the staff TRIES to do.
