Had a groupon. Made an appt online. Called to double check. Told no problem.
Went in and was told, nope we only do that on Saturdays… UGH.
Came back Saturday. Told they’ll call me when it’s done, aorund 2 – 3 hours. 4 hours passed, no call. I called and was told it’s ready.
Went in to pick up. Front bumper still had a bunch of bugs shit and goo. The inside had spots on the leather seats and dashboard. Tire rims weren’t completely shine.
Waited for another hour for «touch up.» Afterward, still needed a tech to do more touch up to wipe the inside.
Was my first time and LAST time to use them.

Wonderful customer service and sparkling full service. Have used them several times and will continue to do so.

New place in Madison so we thought we would give them a try. They had a special for $ 69 for a wash and wax. Dropped my 2014 Lexus GX off around 9:30, cashier said they would call when the car was almost done. At 1 pm, we decided it had been long enough so we went back to pick up the car. There were still spots all over it… of course when we were looking over the car a guy came running out and started wiping things down but it was already sitting in the hot sun. There were still bugs on the front that my husband wiped off with his hand, spots on the windshield, and they use a spray wax, not even a wipe on, let it sit then buff it out wax… it was all over a crappy job. Even for $ 69. We told them we would not be coming back, they got defensive and asked why… my husband started pointing out all the issues and we told them we would rather pay more and have a good job done. The guy said they were buying out several of the other local places so good luck, if we wanted it done in Huntsville we would have to use them. We told them we could have done a better job ourselves.

Made an appointment online for full top shelf cleaning and drop off/​pick up. Called to verify the appointment night prior and business had no idea what was going on. The next day I was never picked up or called. I guess they prefer not to make money. Stay away!

They removed the stock OEM cargo net from my vehicle and did not replace it. I called immediately upon realizing it, just after leaving the location. I was told it would be delivered the following day. It was not delivered for seven days, even though I called every day thereafter. On the seventh day, two cargo nets were dropped off on my porch. Neither belonged to me, and neither fit my vehicle. I personally drove to the location, returned the two cargo nets, and requested my net or a refund to replace it. I was turned away and told that no one remembered my car even having a net. I understand that personal effects should be removed from the vehicle, but this was a stock OEM part that is actually part of the vehicle. Because it is an older model, the part is not easy to find and replace. All I want is my cargo net returned. Furthermore, the job was merely mediocre. The windows were all streaked. The carpet was vacuumed and steamed, but shampooing was clearly not done. The glass in front of the indicator panel was disgusting; it was cleaner when I dropped the car off.

Bought a groupon for this place. The one on University was great before it closed. I thought maybe this would be as good. The groupon was $ 40 for $ 80 worth of cleaning. I bought the detail with swirl remover for $ 114. The car looked really clean when I pulled up, and I was pleased with that. When I got home and took a closer look, I’m almost positive they didn’t actually do the swirl remover. The first hint should have been the cleaning guy insisting that wasn’t the detail one I purchased. I guess he didn’t feel like doing that work that day. Anyway, they didn’t touch under the spoiler. It still had dust and water marks on it from the endless weekend of rain. How do you fully wash and wax a car and completely miss the spoiler the every time? This means not so much as one rag touched it. Then when I went to pay, the girl said I owed $ 49.99. I replied, I got the $ 114 one then minus the $ 80 groupon I already purchased. She said «oh that’s right. you’re total is $ 34.99.» What the hell? Don’t do a crap job and then attempt to rip someone off. The last thing that drove me insane, is the interior of my car is spotless and still smelled brand new. I could barely drive home in it due to this intense smell of fake coconut. They had no reason to touch the inside of my car. It turns out, they didn’t actually clean it (thankfully.) I called to find our if it was sprayed in there or something. Nope (thankfully again.) they just carefully hid an air freshener that took me, with some help, a lot of digging to track down. My car now doesn’t smell new but has a faint imitation coconut smell that hasn’t gone away. Awesome.

My one star rating is from my experience dealing with the business side. My rating may have had more stars if I actually had been able to get some work done there.
I wanted to get my car seat cleaned because of multiple accidental coffee spills. I was quoted $ 39 over the phone to have the interior seats cleaned. Their phone message said they open at 7AM so I showed up at 7:15 to beat the crowd. No one was there.
This place sets behind a gas station so I asked the worker inside the gas station about it. He tells me «they usually start showing up at 8AM» WHAT? and he says «if it looks like rain, they won’t show at all».
So I decided to go to work and come back later. That afternoon I called them to make sure they were actually there and discovered the phone number goes to their «office» not to the actual cleaning location. I was then told the $ 39 interior cleaning was an «add-​on» to their $ 30 exterior cleaning. So the price was actually $ 69 to have my seats cleaned, maybe I had selective hearing that day. I’m glad I didn’t drive all way the back out there to find this out.

I drove in to see if they could detail my truck and got a great deal on a full detail wash and wax. They did an awesome job inside and out. Only complaints, too much tire wet and they missed wiping a few small spots of wax. Other then that, great job. Will be back… I’ll just ask them to go light on the tire wet

These fellas don’t miss a spot. They’re scrubbing my wheel wells right now. I plan on using this service in the future and would definitely recommend it.
