There this girl name Nancy, she is very ugly and she bleeds my toes nails during pedicure. I told her to stop cut my cuticles, she doesn’t listen and continue cutting my cuticles. My pedicure lasted like 15 mins. Will not recommended this technician. I would prefer the English spoken technicians who understand what I want. Beware of Nancy!!!

Sadly Ocean nails has completely gone downhill with thier nail techs. Now the owner/​manager is as NICE as can be, the quality of their work is nowhere near what it was last fall. The turn around in workers has left me driving to another salon.

I’ve read the other reviews on here, but they are at least a year old. I went for a girl’s night out, and we all loved Oceans. The place was very clean, and I saw the technicians open sterilized tools. Of all the pedicures I’ve had, this one was by far the most thorough and most enjoyable. The technician spent a long time on the exfoliation portion and the massage portion of the pedicure. I was so relaxed! Everyone working there spoke good English and was very nice. The prices match the other nail salons in town, ranging from $ 25 and up. This salon is able to accommodate 13 adult pedicures and they also had a row of kids’ chairs that would be great for a little girl’s party! For our Girl Night Out, they allowed us to bring food and drinks and were very accommodating. I will definitely go back.

I went in for a mani and pedi and was disappointed with the cleanliness of this salon. I watched as utensils were put back in a drawer after only being rinsed off in the pedicure water. Not once did I observe any sterilization of any tools and the area where you wash your hands after the manicure was filthy including the trash can where you throw your paper towel. It appeared they used the same tools on numerous clients without proper cleaning. They did take me quickly with no appointment but I won’t be going back because I need to see that cleanliness is a priority in a salon and not how many clients you can service in a day.

I was only in Huntsville for 3 months, and found this place after I had a horrible experience at a nail salon by the Madison Square Mall. I went back for a second time! The shellac didn’t chip at all! Best shellac I’ve had done. Tommy was the manicurist. He assured me that it wouldn’t chip and he was right. It stayed on so long that my nails grew and I had to get them re-​done. Its unfortunate that I will have to search for another place like this at my next destination!

I went in based on Google reviews of the place. Everyone said it was fantastic and blah blah blah. My water for both mani and pedi was cold, there were hardly any people there, and it was half lit. Not to mention, I could not tell if the untensils being usedhad been sterilized or not, seeing as how they were pulled straight from the drawer.
My gel manicure started CHIPPING and PEELING and WRINKLING on day 3 (they are supposed to last 2 weeks and I have had them before). When I went in today and asked them to fix it, they charged me an ADDITIONAL $ 15, even though it was their fault, and looked at me crazy when I didn’t tip them for the second time in less than a week. I will not be returning here. Period.

I was having a really hard time trying to decide where to get my nails done until I stumbled unto this place. It’s located in a very convenient location for me and walk-​ins are always welcome.
The ladies were very polite and did a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure. It’s a very big place with at least 15 or so pedicure chairs. The walls are very beautiful with tropical locations pictured everywhere. The prices are comparable to any mani/​pedi I’ve had before so no complaints there.
I think the neatest thing is that they have a separate space that you can rent for parties. I think a mani/​pedi party would be really fun so that’s a cool option to have.
