History

Established in 2009.

Following 20 years of international accounting system troubleshooting and repair for one of America’s largest mid-​range accounting system VARs, we moved to Charlotte and dedicated ourselves to providing very high-​level expert bookkeeping and payroll services to entrepreneurs, locally, throughout the Piedmont, and up and down the Eastern Seaboard.

Many of our clients are in the Carolinas, but we also serve growing companies in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida. We now also have a multi-​national client based in England.

We are proud that every member of our growing, dedicated, well-​trained team resides here in the Greater Charlotte Metro area. Unlike so many bookkeeping service providers in the area, we do NOT outsource American jobs.

Truly unique to Charlotte QuickBooks consultants, one of our co-​founders, retired from a successful career in mergers & acquisitions advisory work, now provides expert financial analysis, benchmarking and budgeting services to our clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Pat R.

Business Owner

Pat’s career began as a full-​charge bookkeeper and controller, where she mastered the language of business and sophisticated analytical techniques.

For 7 years, she was a senior executive of two industrial companies, where she developed a deep understanding of management, logistics and production processes.

For the past two decades, she has been a high-​level accounting systems and bookkeeping consultant, where she honed her problem solving, research, rapid response and entrepreneurial commercial instincts.

On the personal side, she has been very active in community and civic affairs: founder of a memorial trust fund for youth education and health; president of the Junior League; and many organizations focused on education and the local school systems.
