Homestead Title was founded by Attorney Marsha Dymzarov in 1995. Over the past 20 years, it has grown to become one of the best title companies in Wisconsin, serving South Central Wisconsin, including Dane County and its surrounding countings.

Business Owner

Peter Zarov is the President, legal counsel, and co-​owner of Homestead Title Company. Mr. Zarov is an attorney with over 20 years experience in residential and commercial real estate. As owner of Homestead Title Company, Mr. Zarov provides guidance and expertise on residential and commercial title and closing issues, specializing in complex and distressed property transactions. Mr. Zarov often teaches seminars to Realtors, lenders, and attorneys on topics including short sales, foreclosure, TRID, and title issues. His legal experience includes complex commercial litigation, foreclosure, eminent domain and land use law, partnership and LLC formation, and residential and commercial real estate. His current law practice focuses on issues relating to title insurance, condominiums, and real estate agency and brokerage services.
