Hardee’s

It is unbelievable how stupid the people are who work here. Cannot take an order correctly.

We tried this location for the first time yesterday. The food was very good and the few employees that we saw were friendly. But, it was obvious that they were short-​staffed. There was one person running the front, the counter registers were either closed or broken, as he had to ring up our order at the drive-​thru register. Then once our order was taken, it took way too long to receive our order, as we only saw one person in the kitchen, trying to do everything! If I was put thru the stress like they were being put thru, I wouldn’t have been as friendly as they were. Lol. We will go back there again sometime.

At 6:45 on 4÷25÷2015 I decided to drive 15 minutes to Hardee’s off Madison boulevard since I didn’t have anything at home to eat. The drive thru employee asked me if I would like to try the new hardees diablo burger and I said, «Yes I would please, and I will add a large fry as well with no drink.» The employee replied, «a large fry?» I replied «yes.» She replied «will that complete your order?» I said «yes that completes the order». Several seconds went by so i said it again. Then i said «hello? That’s it on my order.» No reply. About a minute of silence went by with no reply and so I just drove forward to the window. The drive thru employee handed me a bag and didn’t once tell me what she rang up on my order. I drive all the way back home only to find out she only gave me a large cold fry which tasted old. I called to complain about what happened and the same drive thru employee answered. She was very rude saying she always repeats orders back even though she didn’t. She wasn’t apologetic AT ALL, and she did nothing to resolve my complaint. Overall, I am blown away by the horrible customer service. This is by far the worst, most bizarre employee I’ve encountered at that hardees. Whoever is managing that place needs to pay attention to what’s happening. Never going to this Hardee’s location again. What a complete joke.

All the employees were talking to each other not working, the Cook was super busy with everything.

I’ve visited this location about half a dozen times. The first time I tried the burrito, never again… the remaining visits were for breakfast. The breakfast items are all decent, but inconsistent, especially the biscuits. Add to that a bad location, and a less than happy staff, and the rating suffers. I think the Hardee’s in Enterprise may have spoiled me.

Went to get a replacement order today around 5:45pm that my fiancé called in previously a week ago. The man in the drive thru was completely unprofessional and denied my fiancé his food, was extremely rude, and when he asked for his name to complain to the manager he cussed and said get out of his drive thru. Not coming back!

Hardee’s is one of my preferred fast food places and thus location has always been fast, friendly and gotten my orders right! A regular stop for a breakfast sandwich.

They have this sandwich that I really like but I think it is no longer on the menu. They will still make it for me if I ask. It is a ham and cheese on texas toast, I love it in the morning with my cup of coffee.

I’ve had a lot of luck with the drive through at the Hardee’s. They are usually not very busy and the drive-​through staff have been mostly very friendly. The hamburgers are always well-​prepared and pretty tasty. I would always choose this over McDonald’s, Burger King, and the like, but would probably go to Five Guy’s if I had enough time.

This Hardee’s is very hit or miss. Sometimes they mess up the easiest orders (and during breakfast time when they should have their best people working!). Other times I’ll go through and get exactly what I want and it’s great.

I like Hardee’s. Same as Carl’s Jr, but they offer a normal sized hamburger, which Carl’s doesn’t. Food was very salty here though.

Really slow drivethru on Sunday mornings. I’ve waited in line 15+ minutes before.
