Established in 1990.
The firm was started by Attorneys, Robert Gingras and John Cates. Later Michael Luebke joined the firm as a partner and the firm’s name was changed to Gingras, Cates & Luebke. The firm currently has eight attorneys and is located on Madison’s west side close to Middleton.
