History

Established in 2002.

Full Spectrum began in August 2002 when lead Engineer Burke O’Neal returned from his position with the California-​based Light Energy Systems to set up a similar business with his brother, Master Plumber Mark O’Neal.

Our team has installed over 200 solar energy systems. Our most visible projects include Yahara River View Apartments, Porchlight’s Pheasant Ridge Apartments, Troy Gardens Co-​housing, and Planet Bike in Madison; Dr. Wesley L. Scott Senior Living Community in Milwaukee; Gund Brewery Loft Apartments in LaCrosse; Evansville Community Pool in Evansville; and Dominican Eco-​Justice Center in Racine.

With a Master Plumber, Master Electrician, and four degreed engineers on staff, we are among the most highly credentialed solar contractors operating in the midwest. We are licensed as an electrical contractor and HVAC contractor in Wisconsin, and we are fully insured.
