I recently purchased a family room set from this store. I read the previous post and can relate. However, I think getting the right sales representative makes all the difference. If you go, ask for Wei Song. She went out of her way to ensure that we were shown everything that was applicable to what we were looking for. Everything she stated happened exactly as described all the way through delivery. Wei is a sweetheart and very professional. Don’t let anyone else assist you at this location.

I had a terrible experience. Went in to purchase a sectional and the representative asked for my social 3 times. I told him I was interested in a no interest finance offer for a certain amount and he came back with the opposite information. After explaining to him what I wanted, it took him 30 minutes to do my application and figure out a delivery date. I waited two weeks up until the expected time of delivery and he told me they did not have the ottoman that came with the sectional in stock. I took off of work just so I could be at home to receive it. I asked him if the delivery fee could be waived since I had been inconvenienced from the start. He said no. I went into the store to voice my concern and they were very rude. They did not apologize for mis information or for the inconvenience. I went to Rooms to Go and got the same couch for a $ 1000 cheaper. This place is not good to do business with. They were very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
