History
Established in 2012.
Chana Ora is my CST practice, which began in 2012. Chana Ora (pronounced Hanah Aura) means graceful light and represents the tranquil and gentle nature of craniosacral therapy (CST). In my career as an Occupational Therapist, the thing that I enjoy most is working with individuals to overcome challenges, big and small. I practice craniosacral therapy because it is a very gentle method of treatment that can have a significant outcome. When receiving regular CST people experience a shift in their bodies toward better all-around health which is comforting to the individual and very rewarding as a therapist.
