Bucky’s Butchery provides a wide variety of fresh and frozen meat cuts including beef, pork and lamb. Undergraduate student employees are responsible for producing high-quality processed meats including summer sausage, jerky, smoked sausages, deli meats, and many others.

Manager
Growing up on a beef and bison farm in Belgium, Robby has extensive knowledge pertaining to the Wisconsin meat industry. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Dairy Science and a Master of Science in Meat Science, Robby has taken on the role of Meat Lab Manager at the University of Wisconsin — Madison.
