We are a locally-​owned business that purchases entire estates/​households. We offer various options to fit our seller’s needs, such as an «entire buy-​out», a «picker’s buy-​out» and a «buy-​out with a cleanout.» With any of the options, we always do the packing and picking up of the items.

Once we purchase the estate, it comes to our store where we unpack, price and sell to the general public. We come across a huge variety of items ranging from antiques, tools, records, furniture, household, artwork, and the list goes on and on…

We post our larger items on Craigslist and have a Facebook page as well to get our most recent and unique items out there for our customers to view before coming into the store.

History

Established in 2013.

There was a need/​want for another option besides consignment or doing an estate sale. We started offering our «buy-​out» option and it took off quicker and better than we ever expected. Our dream of a store became a reality when we found, in our eyes, the perfect location. Within a matter of weeks from signing the lease, BHA Resale Store Unlimited was up and running.
