History
Established in 2008.
Ben’s Soft Pretzels was founded in early 2008 by a local business man (Brian), a local pretzel fanatic (Scott), and a local Amish Baker (Ben). Ben and his wife, 3rd generation Amish bakers, spent years perfecting the Amish/Dutch dough recipe that makes a perfect soft pretzel. Brian and Scott helped bring that yummy goodness to the public as Ben’s Soft Pretzels, LLC.
Ben’s started at the Concord Mall in Elkhart and has grown to over 30 locations nationwide as well as a mobile/concession program. Ben’s also provides a take home kit that you and your family can bake together.
