Thank you Amy for being so helpful. My mother in law is 90+, confined to a nursing home facility, has had her Avada hearing instruments for almost three years. Almost five months ago, the nursing facility indicated Mom’s hearing instrument had broken and they were having their «resident» auditory specialist repair it and we’d be billed accordingly, depending on if it had to «sent in» or not. Five months later, nothing had been done and Mom was still limited to her one hearing instrument. Enough being enough, I contacted Avada and was directed to Amy at the D’Onofrio Drive, Madison, WI location. One phone call and I knew that everything was going to work out great.
