I can’t believe I wasted 45 minutes of my life here. I bought a phone online and opted to pick it up in-store rather than having it shipped. They have this ridiculous set-up where you sign in at the front and then wait for your name to rise to the top of the list. Meanwhile, the guy who signed you in is standing there twiddling his thumbs. Why can’t he check people out with simple orders, like buying a phone case or picking up an online order? I will say the associate who finally helped me was very capable and efficient. However, in the future I will pay extra to have my phone shipped overnight.

Do not recommend any one to AT&T sign up with this location year ago and had nothing but problems with billing issues. We have phone and cable. The services are great but the billing no. Every month we would have to call about a bill. So we cancelled our cable tired of dealing with. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go with at&t they get u in for a good rate u like to hear but when u get your bill for the first time u will be mad …

No phone support. Go figure. When you go inside and finally do find someone to answer your questions, its something you don’t want to hear. Extremely overpriced.

If you’re going to visit this location, ask for Rex. He is professional, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for the customer. It’s almost as if he’s heard the expression«do unto others as you would have them do to you» once or twice. Incredulous in this day and age.
