Our system is truly dry and non-​resoling.

There are companies that advertise chemical free and dry as well as

no residue — both of these systems are wet systems. Some companies use steam, carbonated water, wet extraction with or without encapsulation.

Regardless of what these wet systems use to clean your carpet — they are all wet (taking hours to dry) and they all leave a residue!

How can that be true?

Water left behind in your carpet — is residue. Wet carpet grows bacteria — exponentially.

With the Advanced Dry System — you can walk on it when we’re done! It is dry! We also do not leave anything behind that will cause your carpet to re-​soil.

In addition, we compost our waste — to be used in gardens when ready!

History

Established in 2002.

Twenty-​one years ago I lived in another state and only used this method of carpet cleaning for my own home. When I moved to Wisconsin I could not find anyone in our area who used a truly dry, organic system. So… I didn’t have my carpet cleaned. I know, it’s embarrassing.

On a professional level — I specialized in helping start-​up businesses or expanding into new markets for established businesses. After years of working for others I decided to start my own business.

Advanced Dry Carpet was born. I not only solved the carpet cleaning problem I faced as a mom and a homeowner — I solved it for others.

I was born… (laughing) I won’t bore you with details of childhood.

I am a 43 year old single mom of two wonderful children. I love to travel and enjoy great food!

My house has been a revolving door for friends and family. It is not uncommon to have many loved ones around my dining room table. Cooking for those who love to eat is one of my life’s pleasures.

I volunteer regularly. Giving back is at the top of my list of values.

I love music — play guitar, piano and sing. Ask me where I «moonlight».

You will often find me on my bike — cycling to an appointment to give an estimate. As a green company I get excited about conserving fuel. Not to mention — it’s fantastic exercise.

Life has not been without its challenges. I have lost three parents as well as my husband after 19 years of marriage.

During my thirties I became morbidly obese and had to face my own health crisis. Over four years ago I lost 115 pounds and have kept it off! Cycling comes in handy!
