At 9Round Madison’s NEW east side location on Washington Ave, our energetic & 9Round-​certified trainers guide members through a different full-​body workout with every visit. Incorporating kickboxing & boxing techniques through circuit training, strength training, aerobic & anaerobic exercises, our 30-​min workouts are the most efficient workouts you can ask for. Best of all, there is no need to worry about class times! Members come in at their convenience, get their hands wrapped & jump in on one of the nine stations every 3 minutes.

But we aim to be more than just a gym — we commit ourselves to providing «personal attention without the high price». When you walk in our doors you are greeted by name & when you are working out our trainers give you exercises that are appropriately challenging for you. We believe this is why our members can’t stop telling their friends about us & we truly appreciate it. We want to be a place where friends can meet to enjoy a kick-​butt workout together!

History

Established in 2011.

NEW location NOW OPEN! 4522 E Washington Ave, Suite 5; Monday — Friday 7am — 12pm & 2−8pm; Saturday 8am-​12pm.

9Round was developed by Shannon «The Cannon» Hudson, 2011 IKF Light Middleweight Kickboxing Champion of the World, and is based out of Greenville, South Carolina. This location opened its doors in 2011 as the fourth 9Round franchise in Wisconsin.

Since then, several other locations have opened in Wisconsin (and across the country). 9Round can be found in Madison (east & west sides), Brookfield, and Oak Creek, as well as four other cities!
