History
Established in 2006.
Started in 2006, we originally started out purchasing properties for out of state investors, doing the repairs, then turning them over to a couple of the «large» management companies for on going management.
This turned out to be the wrong choice. We found that most management companies earn more, by placing marginal to poor tenants in a home. They can charge multiple move in fee’s, on going repair costs, late fee’s, court fee’s etc. If done «correctly» a management company makes 3 – 4 times more by placing poorly screened tenants, then good tenants.
Our philosophy is simple. If you don’t make money, we don’t make money. We charge a flat 500.00 move in fee. If a tenant must be evicted in 90 days, we pay to evict them, and re-rent the property at no charge.
No vacancy fee’s, no mark up on repairs, no fee for turning on utilities, no fee for advertising or signing up, etc. We own more then 20 properties ourselves. We understand, the bottom line is what counts.

My background and experience, has given me a level of knowledge, that I can safely say no one else in this field possesses. My career began with Home Depot, as a Marketing Manager for the Kitchen and Bath, Plumbing and Millworks departments. Essentially, Home Depot paid for me to fly to all of the major home improvement manufactures in the country. Thanks to this position, I was trained by the Manufactures, in the proper use, and installation of nearly all materials used in a rehab.
While at Home Depot, I began flipping homes «the old fashioned way» in Metro Detroit. Buying homes through a Realtor, repairing them, and re-listing them. I did well, but I began to notice how much money I was leaving on the table. This led me to obtain my appraisal license.
Appraising gave me an insight into this business, that most people will never receive. It also allows to me accurately value Investments
