THIS A VERY BAD PLACE THEY OWE US MONEY AND WILL NOT PAY, When we were on the lot and did the walk through with your mechanic he told us he had checked the roof and it looked fine,(AND HE SAID IT DOES NOT LEAK) all we should do would be to put some UV protectant on it. He also told us that there were no signs of water leakage inside.
Upon the advice from your mechanic we brought the trailer to the camping world dealership near our residence immediately to have the UV protectant applied. When their representative climbed the ladder he immediately found it to be loose so he checked inside and found water stains in the ceiling under the ladder and signs of leakage in the front two corners. He stated we needed to repair the roof before any further water damage occurred from the leakage in the rear and also in the front. After being shown by a trusted professional all the damage we asked him to complete the repairs. AND $ 6K
Since we had paid for your dealerships inspection and were advised that the trailer was in good order we signed the inspection walk through paper in good faith trusting the advice of your mechanic. We told Tim It is a 6 hour drive one way to your dealership and that was not an option for us to return.
Having paid for an inspection from your dealership and not given a true accounting of the condition of the coach before purchasing we feel we should be compensated for the required repairs we had to incur. (THIS WAS JOKE)

We shopped around the Bay Area for a camper to pop in the back of our pick-​up. This dealer had several options and the best prices of any dealers we visited. Service was excellent. They installed a composting toilet for us at a very reasonable price — a bit of a shoddy job installing the toilet with staples and carpeting done poorly. They allowed us to leave the camper on their lot with no extra charge for 6 weeks until we were able to drive over and pick it up for installation.

I wish I had read these reviews before coming here. now you’ve been warned from another dissatisfied customer. START CLEAR OF HERE. I told them I wanted my weight distribution system including the saddles off the tong of my trailer I traded in and over a month later they still have not returned them to me. A few months after posting this review I did receive a pair of weight distribution saddle clamps however I still did not receive the small ball that attaches to the trailer tung for the antisway which I will buy to replace.

Rented a very nice 25 foot trailer from them. They dropped it off on time at Shaver Lake and saved us the big haste of getting the trailer up the mountain! Nice clean comfortable trailer. Only down side is that no bedding was included. Didn’t know that. Other than that, great experience and good price. Great place to rent

WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE… HANDS DOWN!!!
RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! My family and I paid over $ 4,500.00 to rent an RV from this place for two weeks. We drove from Madera, CA to Marianna, FL. The RV fell apart, drawers fell out, generator quit, AC did not work, plumbing failed, no clean water to use. TERRIBLE. I called the service department, spoke with Josh and Jeremiah. They told me the generator has a carburetor issue. I asked for repairs. They had me pull over in Houston, TX. Repairs came to $ 207 (because gen was out of oil!!!) Guess these idiots forgot to check that before I left… Anyway, guess who paid for the repair? ME. When I returned the RV, they refunded me $ 15 for the repairs. I paid over $ 200!!!
Worst customer service, repair crew/​mechanics are total goobers, don’t buy or rent from here. They are crooks!!!

My husband and I are buying a Class A RV. We are going to three dealers today, including this one for which we drove an hour out of our way between the other two based on their website showing four RVs with the criteria we are looking for. When we arrived, we learned that none of them were there! Zero, zilch, not one! Not only that, but they didn’t have any others to show us. We’re so mad that we drove all this way for an unprofessional company that doesn’t update it’s website.

Stay away from this place if you want a nice vacation
We planned our trip 4 months in advance so things would go smoothly… this did not happen since they sold the RV we planned on renting a week before 4^th of July we called with a question and this is how we found out-​they did not even have the
call and tell us. The only vehicle they could rent us slept one not 6 .we had no choice since anywhere in the area to 200 miles had nothing available., so we had to take it. What a mistake, it was old and was not in the shape that was on their website… the Rv had problems during the entire trip and cos t us $ 300 in mechanical fees on the road. They should have refunded money for most of the vacation but since we took it for the week (our campsite was way up in Northernn Ca) they considered it our fault??? Because we did nit bring it back early.

The worst experience I ever had dealing with a rental. First they pulled a bait and switch. We went in to rent a four star rv 3 months before the July 4 weekend. Then they called us a few days before our planned vacation and switched us to a one star RV with torn seats and sleeping for 2 instead of 6. It was too late to find a new place. We went in to pick up the rv and found it did not look like the one on the internet at all. Seats torn etc. We took it and it broke down in northern ca. No air conditioning no power for fridge. Payed for a mechanic but still no air. Temp 100+
When we brought it back they promised 1300+ back sounded great Then it turns out they gave us 500 but we spent $ 330+ for mechanic. therefore they gave us a whopping $ 200 for our problems. Then when I tried to talk to them they accused me of threatening them Not threatening anyone just posting the truth for all to be aware of their practices

We reserved an RV for our camping trip to the mountains for 4 people. When we called to confirm this rental 3 days before we were to rent, we were told that the RV we rented was sold and that there was a comparable RV for us to use instead. There was never any attempt to contact us regarding the sale of the RV we rented. We showed up to a much smaller RV that slept 2 instead of 4 and were told this was the only option for us to rent. This RV was not well maintained, the carpet was filthy, chairs ripped and the 1 queen size bed that we were told was in RV was actually a twin size. The awning was jammed and unusable… Something one would usually rely upon when camping. There were never any offers to compensate us for the lousy service or conditions of the RV.
The bottom line is I would never use this company again. The prices are a little less but not worth what you have to put up with.

and so they were going to fix the roof, but since we gave our honest review, they told us (after two weeks of having the trailer) to come get it and they will not be doing the work after all. They read our bad review and decided since we rated them their one star that they would not do business with us. Apparently they pay a service to make sure all their reviews are good. I think they should just treat customers good and they will get good reviews. Not in this case. stay away from this RV place. Horrid customer service, horrid place to do business. I wish I looked up reviews on this place before trusting them with our trailer sale.
