My camper trailer blew it’s tread on the freeway. I called Good Sam (What A Joke) service and they said they they would call me back in 30 minutes. They didn’t call me back so I Unilocal’d road service from Unilocal app. Called one other company who had 1 review. That person was rude and expensive. I called Ron’s and they answered phone right away, we’re very polite, quoted me a reasonable price, and said they could be at my location in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, a professional, friendly, service person named Héctor showed up and had my trailer jacked up and tire replaced in very short time. Great Service!!!, Friendly, and they charged me the price they quoted. Highly recommend them!

I have geico. They called Ron’s towing to pick me up. They stated it would be about 30 mins. That was almost 2 hours ago. So I call Ron’s towing to see what’s taking so long. I get this reply: «I’m sorry. I forgot to dispatch the tow truck. They are on their way.» Really? What kind of BS stupidity is that. Your job is to just dispatch a tow truck. I mean, that’s where you make your money right? Let’s just skip potential income. It’s not like the person stranded on the side of the highway has anything better to do on a Tuesday morning. Maybe they are missing out on potential income as well. Yea. Until they fire the dispatcher, I’d stay away.

We were in Madera ca. on sat 5-​28-​2011 and needed a tow truck .Our friend had two flat tires, so we call AAA. They sent out JERRY, who was the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable driver there could be. He put air in both tire and we were on our way. He could have shook his head and said ‘sorry folks, can’t help you’. but he didn’t. Thanks Jerry for your courteous help. Hope Ron know how lucky he is to have you as an employee.
