horrible service. I was the only car in the drive thru and it still took almost 10 minutes. I have even written to the owner twice. After the second letter he said I was just complaining and could not be satisfied. I live near this McDonalds so I go once in a while. The drive thru time averages about 10 to 15 minutes. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. The staff walks around without any sense of urgency.

Everytime, I swear every time my order is wrong or cold. They take forever, my food comes cold and today I asked for pickles in my mcchicken. Instead they added CHEESE! So gross I ate it still because I was hungry. How the heck do u get that mixed up? Never getting breakfast here either. Their oatmeal was so watery n gross. I’ll just stick to the fresno McDonald’s because Madera can’t get it right.
