Had a dress hemmed. Well done, but kind of expensive. ($ 12.) When I dropped off the dress, there was someone in front of me, and an employee came from the back to get my info, which is appreciated.

Terribly disappointed after attempting to resolve a very poor alteration job, which ruined a brand new, never before worn clothing item. It is unfortunate that this was the business approach given to a loyal client.
