Honestly they helped me out more than I could have possibly asked for. The team here definitely deserves some recognition for the amount of devotion they have towards their customers, both new and returning. In particular, staff members Robert and Angelica went above and beyond to secure an outstanding deal for me and my family. I am so grateful for such helpful and gratuitous service! Highly recommend to all.

We were traveling from Oregon when someone broke into our car in a parking lot by shattering a back passenger window. Because it was late on a Saturday afternoon and we were on our way to another destination there as no way we could get a new permanent window installed then. But the folks at Madera Auto were so helpful and resourceful. The service advisor H. Moua and his crew cleaned up all the broken glass and used cardboard and adhesive plastic to brace the window. Every employee from the mechanics to the office workers were so sympathetic and attentive. The amazing part is that they didn’t charge us for their help. When we tried to tip them, they said they were not allowed to take tips. Customer service is obviously a top priority here. In my opinion they are a 5-​star plus business for sure.

I was a first time car buyer and after months of looking I came across Madera auto center on car trader. Everyone was very helpful especially Huoa and Danny in purchasing a newly used Toyota RAV4 2013. They worked with my credit (not the best) and busy schedule and even met with me closer to my home location to get signatures for my trade in car! I was very impressed with customer service and will definitely come back when it’s time to trade in my RAV years to come :) thanks Huoa and everyone at Madera Toyota !

I just purchased a 2014 Honda civic EX a few days ago. Robert English was friendly, helpful, patient, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. I found 2 great deals here, and I couldn’t make up my mind. He waited for me even though it got dark and it was way past closing time. After I bought, he helped me move all the junk from my old car into the fancy trunk of my new one, ha! Great job Robert! And thank you so much again!!!

I went on Mother’s Day to look for a new vehicle. I was not greater by anyone. My granddaughter and I look all over the lot and NO one came to assist us. They had some kind of Mexican celebration going on along with very load music that I did not understand. When I did try to get information on a vehicle I got the brush off. I will never buy a vehicle from them or send anyone there. I did buy a new van at Silva Ford and was treated with respect. Carolyn Cowger

Wow, what can I say. MAC did it again. My brother needed a vehicle to replace his current Toyota Sequoia. He wanted something that was a little smaller but with the same great ride and reliability like the Sequoia. So I found a fresh, local one owner 2004 Toyota 4runner SR5 4WD with only 62k miles.
My wife and I went to go check it out on Saturday (yesterday) and Angelica took us on a test drive.
Today, we took my brother in and he went for a test drive with Angelica again. They came back and he said he likes it and wanted it. After a few minute with Angelica and GSM Danny, we agreed on a killer price.
We were sent over to finance manager Danny to do the paper work on his new iPad20. Wow, that was quick and effortless procedure. These new iPad20 really came a lone way ;)
So for the record, this will be our 5^th vehicle that my family has got from MAC.

We have always purchased our cars at MAC. We went to look for a new car and was greeted by Angelica. She was so very sweet and professional. She listened to us and understood what we were looking for and needed. Just the little time I was there I felt we built a relationship with her. She made us feel at home and comfortable. Neng in finance was great dealing with also! He worked his magic and got us an affordable payment. We were very pleased! We also deal with Robert H in service dept for our other vehicle and he is great. He always gets us in and out and takes good care of us. We will ALWAYS recommend MAC! :)

Vic Bravo is the man. After a dozen dealers, he got me the best interest rate and price. He even has good taste in music :)

Be careful of the service department. look at the estimate before you sign. I took my car in for a manual transmission problem,(grinding when up shifting into second gear) that would have most likely been covered under warranty, they gave me a $ 110 estimate to cover the technicians time, suggesting the problem may not be covered by the power train warranty. The service adviser said it could be something like a rock had hit the oil pan. If he had suggested that it were the clutch which is a wear item, I would have considered that as a reasonable argument, but the more he talked less comfortable I felt leaving the car for them to diagnose. I would have agreed to pay them a half hour to test drive, verify the problem and let me know from there, but not $ 110. High initial estimates seems like a good way for them to minimize warranty costs, definitely scared me away from their service department.
update, thank you M.A.C. for responding to my post here on Unilocal.I did suggest to the advisor that car was under the 3 – 36 warranty, but he insisted that the basic warranty is 12 – 12. For the sake of future customers, please make an effort to properly train your service advisors. Nice plug you put in your response for coupons and discounts. Nothing wrong I suppose with taking advantage of an opportunity for free advertisment. No I wont visit the service department again.

My wife and I had been searching for a new (to us) Jeep Rubicon, and preferable a 2012 model. (285 horse power, YEA…) Found this one on
at MAC (Madera Auto Center).
This Jeep had low miles, nice options, was very clean and incredibly priced.
I chatted/​texted with Brandon on Saturday afternoon. Later that evening after discussing the final «out the door» price including my trade-​in, we made the decision to go for it first thing Sunday morning!!! It was about a 120 mile drive from home, and we had plans for a BBQ with friends later in the afternoon.
We arrived about 10 – 15 minutes before the dealership opened, and were nicely greeted by Brandon.
Jason quickly took our trade-​in for a drive and inspection, while we test drove the new Rubicon.
Wow, better than expected. It was spotlessly clean, drove really nice.
My wife and I sat down with Brandon, and all the numbers were spot on as expected.
Next step to finance with Ryan. Easy-​breasy… Signed our names about a million times, lol. And we were on our way to see friends.
Madera Auto Center is easy to find, clean and comfortable, the staff and spectacular.
I named the three individuals that we worked directly with, and I know there were many others working to make this a «top notch» experience yesterday as well.
Their concern for customer satisfaction is very apparent. They should be proud, as should all the staff, management and owners of this business.
I would highly recommend doing business with MAC.

I honestly can’t believe I am the 1^st reviewer for this company.
I have dealt with MANY different dealerships in the past and I have never had as fine an experience as I did last week with MAC. They went above and beyond to make sure I was totally taken care of and gave me a great deal on a mint condition vehicle.
