My professional career started with my studies at the CIA and my subsequent tenure for 5 years as a chef in Pebble Beach, Hawaii and Portland. However, my true career started as a part time job hosting chartered trips to Reno and Laughlin with my family as an Independent Casino Host. 15 years later I’m still at it and couldn’t be happier and whether it is in the kitchen or on the casino floor, I have always taken pride in offering our guests a unique and enjoyable experience every time.
