DO NOT USE! RED FLAG WARNING! rented us 2 badly beaten up and damaged seados .told us it was all cosmetic but guaranteed they’d run fine. Now chasing us for the damage… horrendous!!!

Let me preface this review with, I am, admittedly, a customer service snob. I worked for Nordstrom for 15 years, so i find poor service unacceptable. A1 exceeded my expectations. We had a fantastic experience using A1.
We initially had reservations with another company, when we arrived in Fresno, the guy (a local competitor) didn’t have our reservations, was off at Shaver lake, and we waited for hours only then he provided a ski without current registration tags on the trailer. My husband and I have had too many tickets to risk towing with expired tags
I searched the web and found Chris. He was accommodating, he worked hard to deliver us a ski. All in all, a class business. Very informative and professional. THANKS! We will be doing business with him in the future.
